Search Account Manager
We are looking to hire a part time (contractor) Search Marketing Manager to oversee our paid search efforts for our network of lead generation sites. Your responsibilities would include managing paid search campaigns on Google, Yahoo and Bing and cover all aspects of campaign management including:
• Building keyword lists and managing account structure
• Creating/testing ad copy
• Working to identify and implement best-practice SEM landing pages
• Continuously optimizing bidding strategy to maximize ROI
• Owning and implementing the reporting of key ROI and other KPI metrics
• Developing actionable insights from results and use them to further optimize
• Manage paid search budget and provide forecast and tracking
15 – 30 hours/week temporary to full time potential as the company grows (which will most likely happen quickly). You will work remotely as long as you have the resources to do so effectively, but will be expected to routinely be involved with daily phone conferences to review campaign performance, and possibly weekly in person meetings at our office.

Business Analyst
We are also looking for a business analyst who can help drive our need for robust reporting and metrics across our business including search, display and a variety of advertising metrics to help make sense of the business and be positioned to make quick decisions regarding the business. Responsibilities include:
• Lead the effort to create and implement reporting structure to achieve business expectations, making refinements as necessary and within the timeframe required by the business
• Provide reporting and modeling to turn information into actionable items
• Proactively drive new reporting/analysis and make recommendations
• Perform on-going data analysis while maintaining the integrity of the data
• Discover, analyze, and quantify trends and correlations
• Work closely with team to determine the key performance indicators and metrics needed to manage the business
